He was born October 29, 1931, in Jackson, KY, to Everett and Meda Wireman Fugate Sr.
He married Josefina C. Fugate on October 5, 1995 in Manila, Philippines. Josefina survives.
Earl retired from the Continental Can Company in 1977. He was also a former emplyee of Small Parts Inc., Logansport, IN. He loved to listen to Blue Grass music, fish and to walk his dog "Jake". Earl enjoyed spending time with his family including his grandchilren.
