STANBERRY, Mo. — Callie M. Thomas, 102, Stanberry, passed away Aug. 21, 2009.
She was born April 29, 1907, in Swanee County, Fla., the daughter of William and Lottie (Bonds) Brim.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 75 years, Wilbert "Web" Thomas; two brothers; four sisters; one great-grandchild; one great-great-grandchild.
Survivors include a daughter, Wilma Breeding and husband, Larry, Winterset, Iowa; son, Clarence Thomas and wife, Donna, Stanberry; four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service: 10:30 a.m. Monday,First Baptist Church, Stanberry. Burial: High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry. Visitation: 4 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Roberson Funeral Home, Stanberry, where friends may call after 3 p.m. on Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church and/or Pineview Manor of Stanberry in care of the Roberson Funeral Home, PO Box 153, Stanberry, Mo., 64489.
