Services for Velma Baggett, 97, of Temple will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple with Dr. Tom Henderson officiating.
Burial will follow in Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple.
Mrs. Baggett was born on Feb. 24, 1912, to Acie and Fairer Adams in Limestone County. She married W.H. "Doc" Baggett on June 23, 1945. She moved to Temple in 1947 from Killeen. She was a homemaker and a member of Height Baptist Church.
Survivors include a sister, Lucille Carter of Forney.
Memorials may be made to Heights Baptist Church Senior Adults.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
