Obit., mid-Missouri newspaper - 1974:
" Mrs. Mabel Henderson, 59, Linn, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, (1974) at Charles E. Still Hospital in Jefferson City after a lengthy illness. She was born Nov. 10, 1914, at Arnold, Mo. to Fred and Catherine Kohr Bender. On Sept. 30, 1939, she was married to Theodore R. Henderson in St. Charles, Mo. He died in 1960.

Survivors include one son, Russell J. Miller, Mehlville; one daughter, Mrs. Helen Jelinek, Fenton; two brothers - Lester Bender, Ste. Genevieve and Vic Bender, French Village and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the Morton Funeral Chapel in Linn with Rev. Edwin Schmidt officiating. Burial was in Shirley cemetery near Chamois."
