Rebecca Ione Collins seven month old daughter of Mary Lena Foust and William Sterling Collins of 617 Ashboro Street died suddenly about 6:00pm Saturday at the doctors office where she had been taken for treatment.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Ada Louise Lackey Foust. She is survived by her parents; one sister Jacqueline Ada Collins of the home; her maternal grandfather Samuel Wesley Foust of Greensboro; her paternal grandparents Otley Spence and Kenny Monroe Collins of Roanoke Rapids, NC.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday February 12, at Gray's Chapel United Methodist Church in Randolph County with the Rev Paul Holt pastor of First Church of the Nazarene of Greensboro officiating. The body will be at Hanes Lineberry Funeral home until 1:00pm. The funeral party will leave the late residence at 1:15 pm to go Gray's Chapel in Randolph County.
