Thanks for your prompt editing of Samuel's memorial. I forgot to send earlier that he was shot down on 5/12/1944 over Italy during a combat bombing mission by enemy anti-aircraft while in a B25D1, AAF Serial Number 43-3628. There is a Missing Air Crew Report of the loss. There were 6 crew members on board.
