Gladys Atkins Beck died Thursday at her residence.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today in Stuhr's Downtown Cl1tapel. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Beck was born April 14, 1921, in Thomasville, N.C., a daughter of Luther ,G. Atkins and Flora Ann York Atkins.
She was a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Byron P. Beck; two daughters, Sherry Long and Teresa Gunter of Charleston a son, Bobby L. J.Beck of Glendon, N.C.; a brother, Coarey Atlkins of Silver Springs, Md.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
