He married, first, in 1684 at Hingham,MA, Mary Farrow. His second wife, married Jan 11,1714/5 at Scituate,MA, was Sarah Oldham, the daughter of Thomas Oldham and Mary Wetherell Oldham of Scituate,MA.

Children(by first marriage): Mary Beverly, James Beverly, David Beverly, George Beverly, Elizabeth Beverly Haskins, Mary Beverly, Leah Beverly Bullock, Rachel Beverly Walker, and John Beverly.
