Mr. Beall passed away on January 20, 2012 in Tyler.
John Bryant Beall was born April 25, 1924 in Edom, Texas to the late Sidney Coltharp and Rosa Belle Phillips Beall.
He served in the US Army and was awarded the Bronze Star. John worked in sales, was a member of the Edom Historical Society and served on the board of directors for the Edom Cemetery Association.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Beall and 7 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Emmalene Beall, Ben Wheeler; children, Margaret Beall, Canton, Chris Beall, Austin, Debbie Perryman and husband, James, Lindale and John Beall, Van; 1 brother, Thomas Beall, Edom; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers and Jack Beall will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
Visitation will be from 6-8 Monday night at the funeral home.
