She was preceded in death by her parents, George D. M. Walker and Bernice I. Walker; husband Bryant "Gene" Durham; and sister, Cora M. Walker.
Mrs. Durham was born on January 16, 1929 in Waldenburg, Arkansas. She was retired from Cross County Hospital where she was a Registered Nurse. Dorothy was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, a WMU member, and a member of Union Avenue Baptist Church. Mrs. Durham was a Blood Donor and in 2007 was reconized for donating 5 gallons of blood.
Survivors are her brother: George Walker and wife Emma of Benton Harbor Michigan; several neices and nephews.
Funeral services will be Monday at 10 AM at Union Avenue Baptist Church with burial in Cogbill Cemetery in Wynne.
Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6 to 8 at Kernodle Funeral Home in Wynne.
