MORRIS --- William J. Morris, 78, died yesterday at the home of a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Nancy Morris, 118 South Topping. He had made his home there six years. Mr. Morris was born at Vinita, Okla., and lived in Kansas City 60 years. He had been an invalid eight years following an injury suffered while working as a stationary engineer at the Municipal Auditorium. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Maude M. Buster of the home, and Mrs. Grace Forsyth, 309 East Forty-eighth; nine grandchildren, 20 great - grandchildren, and a great -great - grandchild.
