He is survived by his widow, two sons, Robert H. Millican of Stockton, Calif., and William L. Millican, Smackover; his mother, Mrs. H. B. Millican, Colfax, La.; four sisters, Mrs. Phillip Worsham, Natchitoches, Mrs. A. T. Creighton and Mrs. Zach Swafford, Colfax, and Mrs. Joe Breton, New Orleans; and one grandson, Robert J. Millican of Stockton.
