SIGMON Troy C. Sigmon (aGE 70) Of Leesburg, VA died on January 13, 2009 at Heritage Hall. He was born on February 28, 1938 in Pittsylvania County, VA to the late Charles and Ella Sigmon. Troy was an avid golfer and enjoyed gardening, bird watching, fishing and most important his family. Troy was the beloved husband of 45 years of Jayne Sigmon; loving and devoted father of Paul Sigmon of Bowling Green, VA and Jennifer Beckley of Leesburg, VA; brother of Barbara Ferguson of Ringgold, VA and Glenda Dudley of Hampton, VA; proud grandfather of Melody, Clara and David. He will also be greatly missed by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2 p.m. at Sterling United Methodist Church, 304 East Church Road, Sterling, VA. Interment will immediately follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
