Paul Adkins was born June 5, 1941 and departed this life Sunday, January 13, 2008 reaching the age of 66 years. He was the son of the late Thomas K. Adkins and Ola Barnett Adkins.
He married Doris Parmley and to this union four children were born.
He is survived by: his wife- Doris Adkins of Monticello, KY, one son- Paul Dewayne (Vickie) Adkins of Crestwood, KY, one daughter- Sandra (Dale) Daniel of Nicholasville, KY, three grandchildren- Chris Smith, Noah Daniel, and Caleb Daniel. He is also survived by: one brother- Clyde Adkins of Monticello, KY, one four sisters- Louise Doss, Mary Clark, Beulah Bridgeman, and Roxie Guffey all of Monticello, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by: two children; two brothers- Hershel and Woodrow Adkins, two sisters- Anna Marie Keeton and Judy Gregory.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
