PRICE- David Ross Boyack, 93, our beloved father and grandfather, passed away from this life Feb. 27, 2003 surrounded by his family.

Born Nov. 8, 1909 in Spanish Fork to David Richard and Pricilla Johnson Boyack. Married Emily Fern Jones Sept. 10, 1035 in the St. George LDS Temple. She passed away Sept. 25, 1994.

As an active member of the LDS Church, he served on the high council, as bishop of the Price 2nd LDS Ward, as president of the PRice North LDS Stake, as regional welfare agent and as patriarch of the Price North LDS Stake. He served as a sealer in the Manti and Provo LDS Temples.

After graduating from Spanish Fork High School, he attended the BYU Academy. He owned and operated Boyack's Men's Store in Price for 61 years. He also served a spresident of the Price Rotary Club and was amember of the board of directors of First Federal Savings and Loan.

Ross was a very kind, loving and generous man. He loved the outdoors and was an expert fisherman and loved spedning time with his children and grandchildren at the family cabin at Ferron Reservoir.

Ross is survived by three children, Kent (Penny) Boyack of Price; Paul (Shelly) Boyack of Spanish Fork; Pam (Glenn) Conover of Brigham City; 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Also survived by sister, Phyllis JOnes of Phoenix, Ariz., and brother, Bill (Norelle) Boyack of Spanish Fork. Preceded in death by two brothers, Dean and Glen.

Funeral services were Monday, March 3, at the Price North LDS Stake Center. Burial, Price Cemetery.
