Died at the home of her brother-in-law, Alex. White at Arena on Monday, Jan. 17th of cerebral hemorrhage, Kade Adee wife of Joshua Adee aged 63 years, Mr. Adee had recently purchased a house in Arena and was moving to the same when Mrs. Adee was taken ill. Theyhad resided for many years on a farm in Weaver Hollow which he sold only short time ago.
The funeral was held from the M. E. church in this place on Thursday, conduceted by her pastor Rev. L. R. Long of Margaretville of whose church she had been a member for many years. Mrs. Adee was a woman of a beautiful Christian character and highly esteemed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband and an adopted daughter, Mrs. Russell Thompson of Elk Creek and a large circle of friends to mourn her loss.
