Russell, 80, of Choctaw, born Nov. 6, 1910 in OKC passed away Oct. 14, 1991. Lifelong resident of Choctaw, retired from Safeway. Preceded in death by his wife, Ina. He leaves behind 2 brothers, 5 children, 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Davis Russell Anderson was the son of Davis Harden Anderson and Honor May Smith. He was born in Arkansas but the family moved to Oklahoma before 1920. His brothers were Vincent A., Paul, Victor G., and Bobby H. Anderson. Russell and Ina Lorene McCalister were married in October 1939.
