Patsy G. Magness, 47, of Springdale, AR died Thursday, March 24, 1994 at her home. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 26 at Temple Baptist Church in Springdale, AR with Rev. Don Elmore officiating. A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. at the Alpena Cemetery in Alpena under the direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, AR.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in the care of Mida Neff, 102 Woodcliff Rd, Springdale, AR 72764 or to the Washington Regional Hospice.
She was born November 4, 1946 in Marshall. She moved to Springdale 12 years ago from Green Forest,AR. She was employed by Woolworth Company as a personnel supervisor and office manager from 1981-1992. She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Magness on August 12, 1991.
Survivors included a son, Jerry Magness of Springdale; two daughters, Regena Osburn and Cara Magness of Springdale; a brother, Roger Hawkins of Springdale and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Gary Wood, Ben Sansing, Matt Knoblauch, Kelly Wood, Kevin Wood, and Jack Smith.
