"The Zollman cemetery is on a substantial hill in the northwest corner of lands which belonged to William Zollman and his wife, Mary Ann Ripley. In the 1800's the land was purchased from his sister, Elizabeth Zollman, and her husband William Cunningham. William Zollman reserved that high land for the burial of the Zollman family and their slaves."
