POTTS CAMP - Hubert Austin Evans, 83, farmer, died of leukemia Friday at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Holly Springs Funeral Home with burial in Lebanon Cemetery.
Mr. Evans, the husband of Margaret Louise Evans, also leaves six daughters; Ann Lewis Driver of Lincoln, Ark., Diana Evans Glantz of Dallas, Debbie Evans Stanton of Hickory Flat, Sandra Evans Lyon of Olive Branch, and Kathy Evans Matthews and Jeannie Evans Ash, both of Potts Camp; six sons; Bobby Joe Lewis of Myrtle, Jimmy Lee Evans, William Danny Evans, Charles Grant Evans and Terry Hubert Evans, all of Potts Camp, and John C. Evans of Memphis; two sisters, Beatirce Love of Memphis and Mattie Kirk of Rossville; three brothers, A.C.Evans of Potts Camp, and Ray Evans and Frank Evans, both of Memphis, 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
