Mrs. Walter Cogswell who has been in poor health for several years passed away at the Blue Rapids hospital Monday evening. Wednesday of last week she was operated on at the hospital and her condition was good and her family felt encouraged, but pneumonia developed which caused her death.
The funeral was held Wednesday at Blue Rapids, and burial in the Centralia cemetery.
Mrs. Cogswell was a sister of Clyde Yarger, Mrs. Ed Armstrong of Centralia, and Mrs. E.H. Barrett, of Lindsborg.
The family and relatives have the sympathy of all in their sorrow.
