NORCATUR, KS-Evelyn R. Sebaugh, 77, Norcatur, died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2000, after a long illness. She was born June 9, 1923, in McCook, Neb., the daughter of Frank and Minnie (Betts) Frewen. She lived all her life in Norcatur. She married Lowell Sebaugh on Aug. 10, 1941. She was a housewife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by a brother, Francis Frewen; and a sister, Patricia Frewen Montieth. Survivors include her husband, Lowell Sebaugh; four daughters, Janice O'Hare, Linda Hunt, Terry Cross and Mary Lough; a sister, Dorothy Frewen Clarson; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The funeral is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at the United Methodist Church, Norcatur. Burial will be at the Norcatur Cemetery, Norcatur. Memorial contributions may be made to the memorial fund at the Norcatur Cafe. Arrangements are by the Pauls Funeral Homes, Oberlin and Selden, Kan.
