Born February 10, 1909, in Lydia, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Arthur J. Haney and Sally Dean Haney. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Stonewall "Tony" Harvey; a granddaughter, Linda Schoolcraft; two sisters, Lelia Crawford and Alberta Harlow; and four brothers, George L. Haney, James A. "Sam" Haney, Floyd J. Haney and Randolph F. Haney.
Surviving her are five daughters, Della Harvey and her husband, Warren, of Charlottesville, Mary Morris and her husband, Teddy, of Charlottesville, Peggy Morris, Barbara Stevens and her husband, Barry, of Richmond, and Virginia Harvey of Covington; two sons, William J. "Tony" Harvey of Charlottesville and James F. Harvey of Richmond; 16 grandchildren; 32 great -grandchildren; seven greatgreat-grandchildren; and two sisters, Ora Hensley of Orange and Ilda Marrs of Charlottesville.
A graveside funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2006, at Monticello Memory Gardens with Jehovah Witness Brother Michael Bowles officiating.
