Elvina, 86, of Port Arthur, passed away Sunday at her home.
She was a lifelong resident of the area, a very devout Christian and a member of Central Baptist Church in Port Arthur.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her three sisters and her son Thomas Foley.
She was survived by her husband Delma Foley, four daughters Patti Cokins and husband Richard, Linda Foley, Betty Vigeon and husband Fred, Donna Foley, one son Alan Foley along with eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
