Patricia Dell Doss went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 21, 2009, at the age of 62. She was born in Stanford, Texas on Jan. 3, 1947 to Jessie Jackson and Oma Mae Qualls.
She is survived by her daughters, Sandy Majors and husband Chuck of Navarro Mills, Traci Harrison and husband Gene of Corsicana, and Rikki Doss of Corsicana; son, Jeremy Doss of Corsicana; eight grandchildren, Eric Majors, Tori Majors, Cecille Harrison, Kelsie Harrison, Jacob Harrison, Jade Doss, Payton Doss, and Caleb Doss; step father, Otis Dunagan; sister, Debra Hardin of Conroe; brothers, Kenneth Dunagan and wife Sandy of Corsicana, and Paul Dunagan and wife Gina of Dallas; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by husband, Rickey Doss; parents, Mae Dunagan and Jessie Jackson; granddaughter, Cierra Yarbrough; sister, Betty Brunton; grandmother, Nora Qualls; and brother, Billy Earl Jackson.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2009, at Griffin-Roughton Chapel with the Rev. Rufus Nutt officiating. Interment will be at Kemp Cemetery in Kemp. Pallbearers are Kenny Dunagan, Callie Dunagan, Daniel Dunagan, Jason Brunton, Jimmy Qualls and Eric Steele.
