PHYLLIS O'BRYAN BLEVINS: Phyllis O'Bryan Blevins, 59, died Friday, May 25, 2001, at Highlands Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Blevins was born August 15, 1941, in Leander, to the late Ervin Kenneth and Opal May O'Bryan. Surviving her death are two sons; one daughter, of Morehead; one sister, of Paintsville; six brothers; two granddaughters. Funeral services were held Monday, May 28, at the Beechwall United Baptist Church. Officiating the service was Elders, James R. Blair, Jerry Colvin, Gregory Lewis and Douglas Ward. Burial followed at the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery.
