Margrett Rose Fouse passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009.
She was born June 11, 1925, to Leo and Gertrude Withrow.Margrett married Raymond Fouse Oct. 26, 1946. He preceded her in death in 1991. During their 45 years of marriage, they lived in Corsicana, Longview and White Oak. Margrett was employed by Bell Telephone Company for 42 years. She held a record of 35 years of perfect attendance at work. She was well known for her dedication to her family and for her sweet and cheerful attitude.
Margrett is survived by her sister, Amie Lee Wansley of Quitman; daughter, Martha Timmons, and son, David Fouse, of Longview; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to acknowledge the loving care of Dr. Deepak Patel and his staff, Cedar Lake Hospice, and the entire staff of Sterling House in Corsicana.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola. Graveside service will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Mineola.
