Ethel Lorene Adams, 81 of Marion, formerly of Eureka, died Saturday, July 26, 1997 at St. Luke Hospital in Marion.
She was born on August 23, 1915, in Miltonvale to Harry and Estella Baxley Mee. She moved to Delphos in 1965, to Eureka in 1992 and to Marion two months ago.
She was united in marriage to Lawrence Adams on March 13, 1935, in Lincoln.
She is survived by her husband; four sons, Keith of Eureka, Dennis and Dale of Bartlesville Okla., and Darrell of Wamego; one daughter, Janice Maag of Marion; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 29, at the Phelps Funeral Home with Rev. Ernest Foster officiating. Burial followed in the Miltonvale Cemetery.
