Thomas Franklin Darne died Thursday evening at 6 o'clock at his residence at Sellman, aged 76 years. He was a son of the late Maj. Alexander and Catherine Darne.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Isabelle Mossburg Darne; a son, D. P. Darne; a granddaughter, Mrs. J. E. Stevens, all of Sellman; the following brothers and sisters; Samuel Darne, Arlington, Va.; George Darne, Vienna, Va.; Mrs. Addie Bohrer, Washington, and Mrs. Mary Berry, Vienna.

Funeral services at the late residence Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock conducted by Rev. Thomas Morgan. Interment Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville. William B. Hilton, funeral director.
