Tues., March 23, 1999, age 85 years. Beloved husband of Angela Leon (nee Kubacki). Dear father of Laurie (Christian) Jacobsen of Ft. Wayne, IN. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Mass of Christian Burial Mon. evening March 29, 6 PM at St. Camillus Court East Chapel, 10100 W. Blue Mound Rd. Visitation 5 PM until time of Mass (6PM) at St. Camillus on Mon. evening.
There will also be a Mass of Christian Burial on Tues. morning, March 30, 11 AM at St. Barbara Church, 2059 S. 33rd St. Visitation from 10 AM until time of Mass (11AM) at St. Barbara Church on Tues. morning with interment to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
Mr. Stack was a member of the Holy Name Society and president of the Senior Citizens of St. Barbara Church, Amalgamated Clothing Workers, former treasurer of St. Barbara Church for over 25 years, director of the Harlequin Club, Eucharist Minister at St. Camillus and St. Barbara.
