Mrs. Edward Heffren, 79, of 1050 E. Kentucky, died at 11:30 p.m. Thursday in Barret Avenue Nursing Home. She was the former Lillie Silliman. She was a member of St. Monica Sodality. Mrs. Heffren is survived by a son, William R. Heffren; two daughters, Miss Bernice Heffren and Mrs. Larry Devore; and five grandchildren. The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. Therese Catholic Church, Schiller and Kentucky, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. The body will be in Bosse Funeral Home, Barret and Ellison, after 4 p.m. Saturday.
