Emma Dee Bailey West, 75, of Louisville, died Wednesday at The Richwood, Lagrange. She was a native of Anderson County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Edd and Ruby Durr Bailey, a retired Bell South employee, a member of the River Valley Christian Church and a former member of Southeast Christian Church. She was a 1946 graduate of Fairview High School. She is survived by her daughter, Kimbra Paulley and her husband, Jesse, of Crestwood; two grandchildren, Jessica Paulley and Joseph Paulley, both of Crestwood; two sisters, Aileen Cloyd of Willisburg, KY and Joyce Johnson and her husband Wendell, of Harrodsburg, KY; her special friends, Jerry and Mary Person of Louisville; and several nieces and nephews. Her special caregivers at The Richwood also survive. She was preceded in death by her sister, Frances Cox. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Gash Memorial Chapel in Lawrenceburg, KY, with Barry Clark officiating. Burial will be in Fox Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Friday and after 8 a.m. Saturday.
