Services for Claud JORDAN, 90, Westville, were to be held Wednesday of this week at 2 p.m. in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel of Westville with the Rev. Boyce MOON officiating, and interment in the Old Baptist Mission Cemetery.
He was born May 24, 1902 in Adair County to Jeff JORDAN and Alice MORRIS JORDAN and died Monday, September 14, 1992 in Memorial Hospital, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He was married to Edna Mae RENTILE, who preceded him in death June 2, 1981. A lifelong resident of Adair County, he was a member of the First Baptist Church of Westville. He was preceded in death by four sisters, Sarah JORDAN, Fannie ADAMS, Fairy NOBLIN and Mable MOSS; and four brothers, Bert, Henry, Bruce and Melvin JORDAN.
He is survived by: three sisters, Billie, Lola and Sevola, all of Oklahoma.
