According to obituaries,Barbara was a daughter of Samuel & Elizabeth nee Brocious Geist and the wife of Harry Edward Kunselman. She and her husband were the parents of these named surviving children:

~ Mrs. Elias Powell;
~ Irvin Kunselman,all of Punxsutawney RD 4[Dora area];
~ Harry Kunselman of Oil City;
~ Mrs. James Thompson;
~ John Kunselman;
~ James Kunselman;
~ Roy Kunselman,all of North Tonawanda,New York;
~ Mrs. Preston Justice of Wyoming;
~ Mrs. Preston Minich of Dora;
~ Harold Kunselman of Ringgold.
She was a member of the Dora Evangelical United Brethren Church and she had been ill for five weeks and had been a patient of six days at the Armstrong County Memorial Hospital at the time of her death. She was the last member of the Geist family-leaving no brothers or sisters.
She was also survived by 45 grandchildren,54 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
