HAMBLIN
Levon Velma HAMBLIN, lifetime resident of Westville and the daughter of the late Bert and Ada (LANCE) JORDAN, was born on the 4th of July, 1919 in Westville, Okla., and departed this life June 2, 1998 in Siloam Springs, Ark. at the age of 78 years, 10 months and 28 days.
On Dec. 25, 1935, she and Evan Ray HAMBLIN were married in Westville. Mrs. HAMBLIN worked for Baron Canning Company for over 30 years and attended the Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was a member of the Order of the Easter Star, Chapter 449, of Westville.
Besides her parents, her husband Ray Evan HAMBLIN, son Bobby Gene HAMBLIN, and brother Howard JORDAN also preceded her in death.
She is survived by: one son, Billy Dean; one daughter, Barbara; three grandsons; three great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.
Funeral services for Mrs. HAMBLIN were held Friday, June 5, in Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Audie Vaughn and Rev. Larry Stoops officiating. Interment followed in the Old Baptist Mission Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Westville.
