Mrs. Elizabeth Eames Higgs, 68, of 780 Healy St. a long-time resident of Ogden, died Monday at 4:15 p.m. at her home of a lengthy illness.
She was born Jan. 6, 1883 in Australia a daughter of Thomas and Caroline Lee Eames. On Aug. 5, 1901, in Australia, she was married to Thomas William Higgs. They came to Ogden in 1909.
Mrs. Higgs was a member of the L.D.S. nineteenth ward. Survivors include her husband, five sons and three daughters; thirty-two grandchildren and two brothers and three sisters. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Aultorest mortuary.
