MRS. GEO. FARQUHAR DIED AT MASON CITY

. Mrs George (Jennie) Farquhar, 81, died early Sunday at Mercy Hospital in Mason City where she was taken Saturday morning following a heart attack.
. Mr. and Mrs. Farquhar lived in the College Springs area until 1953 when tey moved to Garner. She was formerly Jennie Wylie.
. Besides her husband, she is survived by five children, 18 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The children are Mrs. Ben (Elizabeth) Cooper of Xenia, Ohio, J. Richard Farquhar of Garner; Marian Farquhar of Dembi Dollo, Ethiopia; Mrs. John (Virginia) Burch of Vinton; and Mrs. Ivan (Esther) Runyan of College Springs; as well as one sister, Mrs Alex (Irene) Montgomery of Traer and one brother Rev. Willard Wylie of Monroe, O.
. Burial will be Wednesday at 1:30 at Maple Hill Cemetery in College Springs followed by a memorial service in the United Presbyterian Church there at 2:30. Services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Britt at the Evangelical Free Church.
