Peters and his wife, Janet of Utah; sisters, twin sister, Kathy Collier and her husband, Robert of Midlothian, Linda Quillen and her husband, Don of Dayton, Ohio, Judy Gardner and her husband, Raymond of Troy, Ohio, and Teresa Myers and her husband, Mike of Midway, Ohio; brothers, David Varner of Sebastian, Fla., Michael and his wife, Becky, Eric and his wife, Darlene, John and his wife, Carolyn Varner, all of Appalachia, Va.; grandchildren, Hope, Luke, Logan and Jennifer Marie Peters; also numerous nieces and nephews, two local, Brigitte Maria and Britni Collier. Maria was preceded in death by her mother and father, Lewis and Vileta Varner.
