Mrs. Fred Denton
Mrs. Fred Denton, aged 79, of Westville, died at the McDonough Nursing Home, Worcester, Tuesday night of last week after a long illness.
Funeral services will be held at the Tillapaugh Funeral Home in Milford, at 2 p.m., Friday with the Rev. Philip N. Pitcher, pastor of the Central Otsego Parish, officiating. Burial will be in Westville Cemetery.
Mrs. Denton was born December 15, 1874, in Westville, daughter of Lorenzo and Phoebe (Pay) Eckler. She was married to Fred Denton, October 3, 1899. He died Ferbruary 28, 1952.
She was a member of the Westville Methodist Church and its WSCS.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Effie Ferris and Mrs. Lina Garlock, both of Westville.
