T.C. (Kit) Addison died on August 20, 1897, at his home. Kit was a stout young man, beloved by all who knew him. He left a wife and two little boys, father and sisters with many friends to mourn his loss. God in his wisdom saw cause to remove him from our midst. While we miss him as husband, father, friend, and citizen, let us be submissive and exclaim like David, "Though He slay me, yet will I trust in

Him."
