Funeral rites for Charles C. KELLEY, 84, were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in Roberts Funeral Chapel with Brother T.J. TELL of the Stilwell Church of Christ officiating. Mr. and Mrs. Loren SHANKEL, J.V. PARTS, George SNYDER and Nettie Ruth MARTIN sang, "Face to Face," "Never Grow Old" and "Rock of Ages."
Mr. Kelley was born February 7, 1878, in Benton, Iowa, and died Friday, March 16.
Interment was in the Baptist Mission Cemetery, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Albert ROLLER, Oscar SMITH, Earl SMITH, Everett SMITH, Glenn MEYERS, Joy Lee POYNOR. Flower bearers were Mrs. Joy Lee POYNOR and Mrs. Floyd WATERS.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bessie KELLEY of the home; three daughters, Rozella SHOEMAKE, Bakersfield, Calif., Ferrell THOMAS, Wicks, Ark., Lucile COOK, Seminole; two sons, Charles KELLEY, DeQueen, Ark., Eugene KELLEY, Raymondville, Calif.; 20 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.
