Samuel Henry Musser

Samuel Henry Musser, 82 years of age past away last night in his home six miles east of Cameron. Samuel was a prosperous farmer, and also enjoyed splendid health until Friday, when he suffered a stroke and has been critically
ill since that time. He never regained consciousness.

Samuel was born April 14, 1863 in Missouri and he passed away on May 28, 1945
His parents preceded in death, McCook Musser and Susannah M Sturgis Musser; His siblings were; Nancy Ann Musser, John Wesley Musser, Susan E Musser, William F Musser, Edmund Musser, and Edward D Musser.

The body lies in state at the Poland Funeral Home.

Samuel Musser was always a highly regarded gentleman and was born and reared near the home where he died. Samuel was married twice. The first marriage was to Victoria Isabelle Rogers of whom preceded him in death Aug 19, 1916. Samuel and Victoria were married Dec 19,1888. To this union, three sons and three daughters were born. One son Ernest preceding the parents in death. The other children are: Mrs Hessie (Grace) Nicholson, southwest of Cameron, MO; Mrs Dave (Della Musser) Sweem of Hamilton; Mrs. James (Lettie Neoma Musser)Stinson, Southeast of Cameron, Mo; Burr Musser, Southeast of Cameron and Chester Musser of Kansas City, MO The second marriage was to Mollie Henderson on May 17, 1923.

The body lies in state at the Poland Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30pm. May 30, 1945 in the Poland Funeral Home, Elder Thos. Fiddick officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Cameron, MO
