Michael E. Kump, 50, of Lincoln, died on Friday, December 31, 1999 in Smyrna.
Mr. Kump had been a repairman at the Chrysler Plant, Newark, retiring in 1996, after 28 years of service. He was a member of U.A.W. Local #1183, Newark, a Harley Davidson enthusiast, and a US Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his daughter, Toni Kump-Feldman of Smyrna; former wife, Elisa V. Kump of Smyrna; 2 brothers, David & George Kump, both of Virginia; 2 uncles, Charles & James Kump, both of Petersburg, VA; & an aunt, Josephine Vinish of North Carolina.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 5, 2000 at SPICER-MULLIKIN FUNERAL HOME, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, Wilmington Manor, New Castle, where friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Interment in Gracelawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alcoholics Anonymous, Northern DE Intergroup, Trolley Square, Ste. 21-B, Wilmington, 19806.
