Surviving are three stepdaughters, Elaine (Gary) Deitsch, Willshire, Ann Clarke, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and Karen (Russel) DeBoer, Westerville; a sister, Opal Schaadt, Akron; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, J.R. and Albert; and two sisters, Leona Bollenbacher and Marcella Forlow.
He was a retired farmer, a former employee of G.E. Co., Decatur, IN, and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Chattanooga.
Services were at the church, Pastor Randall Swanson officiating.
