In Loving Memory/ A loving father from us has gone,/ A voice we loved is stilled./ A place is vacant in our home/ That never can be filled Although our hearts are sorely grieved,/ Yet we can weep for joy,/ To think dear father is redeemed/ And rests in eternal joy./Passed Away At Wellesley, on Wednesday, January 28th, 1942/ Noah Wagler/ Aged 61 years, 1 month and 16 days./ The Funeral/ Will take place from his late residence, Wellesley, on/ Saturday, January 31st, at 9: 30 o'clock a.m., and/ proceed to the Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite church Third Line, Wellesley, for service. Interment in/ adjoining cemetery.1a

Noah Wagler

Ill for the past year, Noah Wagler, age 61, died at his home near Wellesley. He was born in the Fifth line of Wellesley Township. He attended Lichti's Amish-Mennonite Church, Third line of Wellesley.

Surviving are his wife, three sons, and three daughters, namely, Samuel, Fifth line, Wellesley; Christian of Wilmot Township; Allan, Lydia, Clara, at home, and Mrs. Ezra Erb, Millbank; also four brothers and two sisters, Michael, Wellesley; David, Fifth line of Wellesley; Daniel, North Easthope, and John, Toronto; Mrs. John R. Gerber, Wellesley; Mrs. Joseph R. Gerber, Fifth line of Wellesley; also seven grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Saturday at 9.30 a.m., from the residence to Lichti Amish-Mennonite Church, Third Line of Wellesley, for public service. Interment was in the adjoining cemetery. Bishop Jacob Lichti was in charge.
