Larissa Mary Louise Lawson died at the age of seventeen in a fiery automobile accident on Highway 243, four miles from Mattawa, South Grant County, Washington. She was on her way to see her boyfriend in Leavenworth, Washington. Her ashes are scattered over Mary Moon mountain top that she loved going to in Leavenworth, Washington.
At the age of fourteen she was challenged with severe Sclerosis that threatened her life. After eleven hours of back surgery and twenty six days in the hospital she bounced back and started water skiing, playing basketball and other sports.
She belonged to the Seven Day Adventist Church in Richland, Benton Co., Washington and sang in their Chior, she sang like an Angel.
She was the Grand-daughter of Carole Jean De Soto-Taylor and Luther J Taylor. She was also the Grand-daughter of Wanda Louise Mitchell and Mary Lawson. She was the Great-grand-daughter of Jem De Soto and Ura Oreita Smith-De Soto. She was the daughter of Barbara Lucille Taylor-Brett and Gary Dwight Brett. She was also the daughter to John Robert Lawson.
She has a sister, Laycee Gina Marie Lawson, a brother Lane Taylor Lawson, several Step siblings, and alot of Aunts and Uncles that loved her dearly.
