He was born July 10 1960 in High Point, a son of Billy Williams and Shirley Baldwin Payne. He was employed by Dodge Ilderton and Three R Grocery. He was a father to 2 daughters, Kelly Renee' Williams and Ashley Nacole Williams one son Corey Dean Williams. Terry was married to Kathi P. Williams on November 7 1978. He had a step-mother Gertrude Williams who is married to Billy Williams. He also had 2 half sisters Gina Hardison of Thomasville and Robin Williams of Raleigh, one half brother Junior Payne of Thomasville. The funeral will be 2pm Saturday at Harold C. Davis Funeral Home in High Point by the Rev. Robert W. Pavlacka and the Rev. Foy Jarrett Jr. Burial will be in the Floral Garden Park Cemetery.
