He married ANNA WALSH PEARSON, in Milan, IL. on Dec 4, 1883. They moved to Salina, KS where they owned PEARSON CARRIAGE WORKS. They moved to Oklahoma City, OK where they owned OKLAHOMA CARRIAGE WORKS. They then settled in Rock Island, IL where they owned NATIONAL YOKE MANUFACTURING. They had 5 children; DAVID PEARSON (died at birth), JOHN PEARSON, EDDNA MAY PEARSON (died at 9 mo.), MARION PEARSON [HAINLINE] and ALICE PEARSON [FREDERIKSEN]. He died in Hot Springs, AK while on vacation.
