Kirkebok for Eina parish, Vestre Toten, Kristians amt, lists the emigration in 1869 from Blili farm of:
Christen Olsen Blilie (age 30), Oline Guldbrandsdatter (age 32), Johanne Karine (age 8), Gusta (age 5), Ole, Karen (twins age 2).
They left Oslo April 17, 1869 bound for Quebec on the bark Johan. They arrived in Quebec June 25 and made their way to the midwest. Christian changed his name from Blili to Blele when he immigrated to the U.S. They tried Iowa for a while, then moved to the Dakota Territory between 1872 and 1874. The land they found near the Niobrara river was later transferred to Nebraska.
Christian and Oline had eight more children. For an unknown reason they separated and he made his way to California.
He died of tuberculosis at Sonoma County Hospital, a sanatorium.

Augusta Blele (1864-before 1912) born in Norway, married Mr. Arnison;
Ole Blele (1866-1943) born in Norway, married Caroline from Ohio;
Carrie Blele (1866-1913) born in Norway, married W.F. Wadsworth;
Minnie Blele (1870-1897) born in Iowa, married Carl Scheie;
Mary Blele (1872-1905) born in Decorah, Iowa, married John Florence Holden;
Julia Blele (1874-1892) born in the Dakota Territory;
Matilda Blele (born about 1875 - ?);
Caroline Blele (born about 1877 - ?)
Hans Blele (about 1879 - 1900);
Ida Blele (1881-1968) married Clarence Julius Farley in 1903;
