Margaret Jane Crawford was the oldest daughter, possibly the oldest child in her family. She would have likely been born just on the Crieve/Creevehill townland side of its border with Tullyullagh Townland, on farm home of her parent's Mary Bamford/Banford Crawford and John Crawford. When her father died in 1914, he owned that property in Crieve/Creevehill and another nearby in Tullyullagh The Tullyullagh property today has no dwelling on it but is where her mother lived likely until her death with a younger brother George. It is .9 or 9/10ths of a mile from Creagh X or Creagh Cross intersection by the Creagh Methodist Church; in an area also called Creevehill, near village of Brookeborough, also spelled Brookeboro' in County Fermanagh in Ireland (Ulster Province) now called Northern Ireland. She emigrated as a teenager from thence to New York City and worked in the metro area until sometime after her marriage 1 June 1907 to blacksmith James Francis "Frank" Dennison (born Dennis). They both became naturalized US citizens in 1909. By the time of WWI as per James Francis "Frank" Dennison's draft registration, they had lived in Ellisburg for some time. He had a blacksmith forge/shop there. All four of their known children, all daughters, were born at home there in Ellisburg. Two of the daughters are buried in the rural Ellisburg Cemetery as well--the eldest Henrietta Margaret Dennison "Etta" and Eva Mae "Eve" Dennison Levere.
